"An Act extending the termination date of the Board of
Public Accountancy; and providing for an effective
date."

Co-Chair Bishop relayed that the committee was hearing the
bill for the second time and intended to hear information
on the fiscal notes and then look to the will of the
committee.
Co-Chair Bishop addressed a new fiscal note from Department
of Commerce, Community and Economic Development, OMB
Component number 2360. The appropriation and allocation
were to Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing.
There was a proposed $25,000 per year to cover travel for
seven board members, travel for one staff member, and
miscellaneous office supplies.
Co-Chair Stedman MOVED to report HB 126 out of Committee
with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal
note. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
HB 126 was REPORTED out of committee with a "do pass"
recommendation and with one new fiscal impact note from the
Department of Commerce, Community and Economic Development.
Co-Chair Bishop thanked the support staff.
