CHAIR TUCK announced that the only order of business would be of
HOUSE BILL NO. 125 "An Act relating to private sector and state
employment preferences for active service members, veterans, and
spouses and dependent children of active service members and
veterans; relating to employment preferences for surviving
spouses of deceased service members and veterans; and relating
to employment preferences for disabled veterans and former
prisoners of war."

CHAIR TUCK opened public testimony on HB 125. After
ascertaining that there was no one who wished to testify, he
closed public testimony.

REPRESENTATIVE CLAMAN moved to report HB 125 out of committee
with individual recommendations and the accompanying zero fiscal
note. There being no objection, HB 125 was reported out of the
House Special Committee on Military and Veterans' Affairs.
