CHAIR COGHILL  objected and asked  if there were  questions about                                                               
the  amendment that  Mr. Shilling  described during  the previous                                                               
hearing.  Finding  no questions,  he  removed  his objection  and                                                               
Amendment 1 was adopted.

SENATOR  COSTELLO commented  that  this bill  and several  others                                                               
going through  the process that  address transparency  and rising                                                               
health care  costs are a good  start to help the  consumer become
