CO-CHAIR WAGONER  announced consideration of HB  118. He recapped                                                               
that during the  previous hearing he had  objected for discussion                                                               
purposes  to the  bill itself  and  to Amendment  1 that  Senator                                                               
Wielechowski  offered.  Since  then   he  agreed  to  a  friendly                                                               
amendment to  Amendment 1  to change the  effective date  to 2018                                                               
instead of 2015. He asked for a motion.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR WIELECHOWSKI moved  to amend Amendment 1 on  page 5, line                                                               
22 to change the effective date  from 2015 to 2018. There were no                                                               
objections and Amendment 1, as amended, was adopted.                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
CO-CHAIR WAGONER removed his objection to the bill.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
CO-CHAIR PASKVAN moved to report  CSHB 118(FIN), as amended, from                                                               
committee  with individual  recommendations  and attached  fiscal                                                               
note(s). There  were no objections  and SCS CSHB(RES)  moved from                                                               
the Senate Resources Standing Committee.
