HOUSE BILL NO. 116
"An Act relating to workers' compensation self-
insurance."
Senator Donley MOVED to RESCIND the committee's earlier
action of failing to report HB 116 out.
Senator Phillips expressed interest in revisiting the
amendments that were considered but failed to be adopted in
the previous hearing.
Senator Adams stated that he would not re-offer the four
amendments that previously failed to be adopted.
Without objection, the action to report the bill from
committee was RESCINDED.
Senator Donley MOVED to REPORT SCS CSHB 116 (FIN), as
amended, with individual recommendations and attached
fiscal notes.
Senator Phillips OBJECTED.

RECONVENED
Senator Phillips WITHDREW his OBJECTION. There being no
further objection, it was so ordered.
SCS CSHB 116(FIN) was REPORTED out of committee with a "do
pass" recommendation with forthcoming zero fiscal note from
the Department of Revenue, Division of Insurance, and
accompanying $49,500 fiscal note from the Department of
Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Workers
Compensation.
