     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 115(TRA)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to charges paid or collected by users or                                                                  
     occupants of an airport facility owned or controlled by the

This was  the second  hearing for  this bill in  the Senate  Finance                                                            
Committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Green  asked if all members  had an opportunity  to address                                                            
questions raised at the previous hearing.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Wilken  offered a motion to report SCS CS  HB 115 (TRA), as                                                            
amended,  from   Committee  with   individual  recommendations   and                                                            
accompanying fiscal note.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
There was no objection  and SCS CS HB 115 (FIN) MOVED from Committee                                                            
with zero fiscal  note #1 from the Department of Transportation  and                                                            
Public Facilities.
