Senator Donley MOVED to ADOPT the proposed conference committee
amounts for the language sections items 1 and 3 (see motion
sheets). There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered. Items 2, 4
and 5 were held open.
Senator Donley MOVED to ADOPT the proposed conference committee
amounts for the language sections item 6 and 7 (see motion
sheets). There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
Senator Donley MOVED to ADOPT the proposed conference committee
amounts for the language sections item 8 with the new number of
$33,678,400 dollars (see motion sheets). There being NO
OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
Senator Donley MOVED to ADOPT the proposed conference committee
amounts for the language sections item 9 and 10 (see motion
sheets). There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered. Item 11,

Senator Donley MOVED to ADOPT the proposed conference committee
amounts for the language sections item 14, which directed the
Legislative Finance Division to make adjustments consistent with
the Conference Committee. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so
ordered.
Senator Donley MOVED to ADOPT introductory language in section 1
in HB 103 and HB 104: "no money appropriated in this section may
be used to pay the costs of personal services due to
reclassifications of job classes during the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2002.
Representative Davies asked that the language be held open. He
pointed out that licensing changes for nurses are pending. There
is also a reclassification study underway with fisheries
biologist and natural resources position. There is also a labor
contract, which requires a salary survey.
Chair Mulder expressed frustration with the reclassification that
occurred with the Department of Transportation and Public
Facilities and the nurses association, which were done outside of
the regular budgeting process. He maintained that the Legislature
should be involved in the process.
The introductory language was held open.

amounts for the Mental Health Capital portion of the legislation
(see motion sheets). There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
