invited to join the committee.  He read a brief sponsor

teleconference from Anchorage.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Kelly suggested the committee support the bill.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Phillips MOVED HB 94 and WITHOUT OBJECTION it was                                                                       
reported out with individual recommendations and zero                                                                           
fiscal note from the Department of Revenue, ABC Board.                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Co-chair Torgerson reviewed the possible schedule for
