  CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 94(FIN):                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
       An Act making a supplemental appropriation for costs of                 
       elections operations;  and providing  for an  effective                 
       date.                                                                   
                                                                               
  Co-chair  Frank called  the  meeting  back  to  order.    He                 
  announced  that  CSHB 94(FIN)  dated  February 23,  1993 was                 
  being  brought  before  the  committee.    He  informed  the                 
  committee that there were questions surrounding the Division                 
  of Elections appropriations and that OMB would have an audit                 
  complete in a  few days for review.   He stated the  CSHB 94                 
  had changed the  appropriation from  the original amount  of                 
  $891,500 to $312,263.   The  remainder of the  appropriation                 
  would be brought up again in the supplemental bill.                          
                                                                               
  Senator  Kelly  MOVED  for  passage  of  CSHB  94(FIN)  from                 
  committee.   No objections  being raised,  CSHB 94(FIN)  was                 
  REPORTED OUT of committee with an appropriation of $312,263.                 
  Co-chairs Frank and Pearce, Senators  Kelly, Sharp and Jacko                 
  signed the committee report with a "do pass" recommendation.                 
  Senator Rieger  signed  "other  recommendations."    Senator                 
  Kerttula was temporarily absent from the meeting and did not                 
  sign.
