Senator  Taylor moved  for adoption  of CS HB  75, 23-GH1002\X  as a                                                            
working draft.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
There was no objection  and the committee substitute Version "X" was                                                            
ADOPTED as a working draft.                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Wilken moved for  adoption of CS  HB 76, 23-GH1004\Q  as a                                                            
working draft.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Without objection  the committee substitute Version  "Q" was ADOPTED
