CO-CHAIR      FIELDS    announced       that   the    final    order    of   business      would                                
be   HOUSE    BILL    NO.    74,   "An    Act   establishing        the    crime    of   airbag

CO-CHAIR       FIELDS      opened      public      testimony        on    HB    74.        After                                
ascertaining        that     there    was    no    one   who    wished     to    testify,      he
