HOUSE BILL NO. 66                                                                                                             
     "An  Act making  appropriations  for  the operating  and                                                                   
     capital    expenses    of   the    state's    integrated                                                                   
     comprehensive mental  health program; and  providing for                                                                   
     an effective date."                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Chenault  provided an  update on the  bill.   He let                                                                   
the committee know that no action  would be taken until after                                                                   
the break.  He  noted that 5 subcommittees are  still left to                                                                   
close.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
HB  66   was  heard  and   HELD  in  Committee   for  further                                                                   
consideration.
