CO-CHAIR ALLARD announced that the  first order of business would                                                               
be HOUSE BILL NO. 55, "An  Act relating to allocations of funding                                                               
for the Alaska  Workforce Investment Board; and  providing for an                                                               
effective date."   [Before  the committee,  adopted as  a working                                                               
document on  3/13/24, was the proposed  committee substitute (CS)

A.   Radford,  2/13/24,   out   of   committee  with   individual                                                               
recommendations and  the accompanying fiscal notes.   There being                                                               
no  objection,  CSHB  55(EDC)  was  reported  out  of  the  House                                                               
Standing Education Committee.
