CHAIR RALPH SEEKINS announced HB 54 to be up for consideration.

MR. DOUG WOLLIVER, administrative attorney, Alaska Court System,
advised the committee many of the items in HB 54 were currently
being adopted in Anchorage. He does not anticipate a flood of
petitions from people contesting sentences.

to answer questions.

members.
SENATOR CHARLIE HUGGINS moved CSHB 54(FIN) from committee with

being no objection, the motion carried.
