Explanation of Changes (copy on file):
Title: Updates title to include reference to
investigations and conciliation by the Alaska State
Commission for Civil Rights.
Section 3: New section. Adds language for pre-
determination agreements.
Following sections, renumbered.
Co-Chair Hoffman WITHDREW his OBJECTION. There being NO
OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
Senator Kiehl MOVED to REPORT SCS CSHB 23(FIN) from
committee with individual recommendations and attached
fiscal note. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
SCS CSHB 23(FIN) was REPORTED out of committee with three
"do pass" recommendations, three "no recommendations", and
with "no recommendations", and one new fiscal note from the
Office of the Governor.
