[Before the committee, adopted as a working document on 2/24/25, was the proposed committee substitute (CS) for HB 23, Version 34-LS0249\I, A. Radford, 2/21/25 ("Version I").] 4:44:01 PM CO-CHAIR HALL opened public testimony on HB 23, Version I. After ascertaining that there was no one who wished to testify, she closed public testimony on HB 23. 4:44:30 PM CO-CHAIR FIELDS moved to report CSHB 23, Version 34-LS0249\I, A. Radford, 2/21/25, out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes. There being no objection, CSHB 23(L&C) was reported out of the House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
