AS 08.03.010(c)(3) is amended to read: (3) State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors (AS 08.48.011) - June 30, 2033 [2025];" Page 1, line 6: Delete "Section 1" Insert "Sec. 2" Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 2, line 21: Delete all material and insert: "RETROACTIVITY. (a) Section 1 of this Act is retroactive to July 1, 2025. (b) Sections 2 - 10 of this Act are retroactive to July 1, 2024." Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Hall objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 80(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSSB 80(FIN) will advance to third reading on the May 16 calendar.
