Senator Bjorkman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 2341. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                                                               
RESOLUTION NO. 25(L&C) Supporting efforts to modernize and                                                                      
improve the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement; and supporting                                                               
simplified border crossings and free trade with Canada and Mexico,
