Full Journal pdf2025-05-19 Senate Journal Page 1341 SJR 19 Message dated May 18 was read stating the House passed and returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19(RES) Urging the United States Congress to honor the terms of the Mineral Leasing Act and the Alaska Statehood Act and provide the state with a 90 percent share of all bonuses, royalties, and rentals received by the federal government from the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska, with the following amendment(s): HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19(RES) Senator Giessel moved the Senate concur in the House amendment(s). The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment(s)?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSJR 19(RES) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment(s) to CSSJR 19(RES)? YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bjorkman, Claman, Cronk, Dunbar, Giessel, Gray-Jackson, Hoffman, Hughes, Kaufman, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Merrick, Myers, Olson, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, Tobin, Wielechowski, Yundt 2025-05-19 Senate Journal Page 1342 and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment(s), thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19(RES) Urging the United States Congress to honor the terms of the Mineral Leasing Act and the Alaska Statehood Act and provide the state with a 90 percent share of all bonuses, royalties, and rentals received by the federal government from the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
