SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17 Recognizing and honoring                                                                         
the 50th anniversary of The Energy Council, was read the second time.                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the resolution be                                                             
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
