          SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 Urging the                                                                             
          United States Congress to pass the Ensuring Lasting                                                                   
          Smiles Act; and urging lawmakers to advocate for                                                                      
          policies that guarantee equitable access to vital                                                                     
          healthcare.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
