The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 17                                                              
calendar (page 1266), was read the third time:                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
             CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 15(HSS) am H                                                                   
     Calling on the state's congressional delegation to oppose cuts to                                                          
     federal spending on Medicaid.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The call was satisfied.                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Representative Allard lifted the call.                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Representatives Moore, Ruffridge, and Saddler moved and asked                                                                   
unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of                                                               
interest.  Objection was heard, and they were required to vote.                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that many members may have a conflict of interest                                                            
and ruled that all members were required to vote.
