SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12 Urging the United States                                                                         
Congress and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration                                                                
to address outages of National Data Buoy Center stations, was read the                                                          
second time.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Bjorkman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Transportation Committee Substitute offered on                                                                  
page   620. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                                                              
RESOLUTION NO. 12(TRA) was adopted.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 12(TRA) will advance to third reading on the April 4 calendar.
