SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10 Suspending                                                                                  
Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                                            
Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 36, relating to the placement                                                            
of foster children in psychiatric hospitals; relating to the care of                                                            
children in state custody placed in residential facilities outside the                                                          
state; and amending Rule 12.1(b), Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules                                                             
of Procedure, was before the Senate on final passage.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
The question being: “Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 10 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules                                                              
of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 36, relating
