    SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19                                                                                         
    Extending the governor's October 9, 2025, declaration of a                                                                  
      disaster emergency in response to the 2025 West Coast Storm.                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that, without objection, SCR 19 would be held in                                                             
second reading to the April 16 calendar.
