Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 194, approving and ratifying                                                             
the sale of royalty oil by the State of Alaska to Marathon Petroleum                                                            
Supply and Trading Company LLC, which failed (page 2060), was                                                                   
engrossed and referred to the Secretary for permanent filing.
