          Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                                                                        
          concerning House Bill No. 70, relating to emergency                                                                   
          medical services for operational canines; relating to                                                                 
          the powers, duties, and liability of emergency                                                                        
          medical technicians and mobile intensive care                                                                         
          paramedics; and relating to the practice of veterinary
