The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 31 "An                                                                   
Act relating to the duties of the Department of Administration;                                                                 
creating an address confidentiality program; and providing for an                                                               
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
                    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 31(STA) "An Act                                                                     
             creating and relating to the address confidentiality
