Act relating to the boundaries of the Jonesville Public Use Area; and                                                           
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                            
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 230(RES) "An Act                                                                               
          changing the boundaries of the Jonesville Public Use                                                                  
          Area; eliminating the Business Park Wetlands                                                                          
          Special Management Area; and providing for an
