The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                         
NO. 121 "An Act relating to settlement of health insurance claims;                                                              
relating to allowable charges for health care services or supplies; and                                                         
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                            
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 121(L&C) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to insurance; establishing standards for                                                                     
          health insurance provider networks; relating to                                                                       
          settlement of health insurance claims; relating to                                                                    
          allowable charges for health care services or supplies;
