Senator Merrick, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee                                                                        
Substitute offered on page 2320. Without objection, CS FOR                                                                      
SENATE BILL NO. 250(CRA) was adopted.                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 250(CRA) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the May 16 calendar.
