            HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                                     
            NO. 249(L&C) "An Act relating to virtual currency                                                                   
            kiosks; relating to transactions involving virtual                                                                  
            currency; relating to unfair trade or deceptive acts or
