Message dated May 19 was read stating the House passed and returned                                                             
for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 249(JUD) am with the                                                                   
following amendment:                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
            HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                                     
            NO. 249(L&C) "An Act relating to virtual currency                                                                   
            kiosks; relating to transactions involving virtual                                                                  
            currency; relating to unfair trade or deceptive acts or                                                             
            practices; and providing for an effective date."

virtual currency; relating to unfair trade or deceptive acts or practices;                                                      
and providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on                                                                   
concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause.
