The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                                                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 247 "An Act relating to crime and criminal                                                                      
procedure; relating to generated obscene child sexual abuse material;                                                           
relating to teaching certificates; and relating to licensing of school bus                                                      
drivers" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 247(CRA) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to crime and criminal procedure; relating to                                                                 
          sexual abuse of a minor; relating to enticement of a                                                                  
          minor; relating to unlawful exploitation of a minor;                                                                  
          relating to generated obscene child sexual abuse                                                                      
          material; relating to teaching certificates; and relating
