Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 239 "An Act                                                                        
relating to the registration and titling of legally imported motor                                                              
vehicles; and providing for an effective date" for the State Affairs                                                            
Committee meeting on March 26. Without objection, it was so                                                                     
ordered.
