Message dated May 19 was read stating the House passed and returned                                                             
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 237(JUD) "An Act relating to data                                                                        
sharing by the Department of Administration for driver's license data                                                           
verification purposes; and providing for an effective date" with the                                                            
following amendment:                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
            CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 237(JUD) am H "An                                                                            
            Act relating to the powers of the commissioner of                                                                   
            administration with respect to motor vehicles;                                                                      
            relating to electronic identification cards; relating to                                                            
            data sharing by the Department of Administration;                                                                   
            relating to electronic driver's licenses and permits;                                                               
            and providing for an effective date."

sharing by the Department of Administration; relating to electronic

Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on                                                                   
concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause.
