A message dated May 19 was received stating the Senate has returned

     "An Act relating to the powers of the commissioner of                                                                      
     administration with respect to motor vehicles; relating to                                                                 
     electronic identification cards; relating to data sharing by the                                                           
     Department of Administration; relating to electronic driver's                                                              
     licenses and permits; relating to federal benefits for children in                                                         
     need of aid; and providing for an effective date."

that the House rescind previous action in passing CSSB 237(JUD)
