The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 208 "An                                                                      
Act relating to leases of state land for agricultural purposes; and                                                             
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                            
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 208(RES) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to the sale and lease of state land for                                                                      
          agricultural uses; and providing for an effective
