SENATE BILL NO. 187 "An Act prohibiting certain food additives in                                                               
public school meals; and providing for an effective date" was read the

Senator Tobin, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                 
adoption of the Education Committee Substitute offered on page 2025.                                                            
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 187(EDC) was                                                                          
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 187(EDC) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the April 16 calendar.
