Representative Costello brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                                               
SB 183 (page 1127).

    "An Act relating to hindering the Legislative Budget and Audit

Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll

effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SB 183 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the                                                            
Senate.
