Representative Foster, Co-Chair, citing Uniform Rule 48(d), moved                                                               
and asked unanimous consent that the following be discharged from                                                               
the Finance Committee:                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 178(FIN)                                                                                             
    "An Act relating to early intervention services for certain children;                                                       
    relating to optional services under the medical assistance program;                                                         
    and providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, CSSB 178(FIN) was removed from the                                                                    
Finance Committee and referred to the Rules Committee.
