Letter dated January 20 was received from Susan M. Carney, Chief                                                                
Justice of the Alaska Supreme Court (page 1568), stating in                                                                     
accordance with AS 24.60.130, the following public member has been                                                              
nominated to the Select Committee on Legislative Ethics:

Senator Giessel moved Deborah Fancher be ratified as a public
