EVALUATING ALASKA'S SEAFOOD INDUSTRY, entitled:                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
          "An Act relating to the Department of Commerce,                                                                       
          Community, and Economic Development; relating to                                                                      
          the Alaska Commercial Fishing and Agriculture                                                                         
          Bank; relating to certain loans made by the Alaska                                                                    
          Commercial Fishing and Agriculture Bank; and
