for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 143(CRA) "An Act                                                                       
relating to the terms of office of municipal school board members;                                                              
relating to the size of the city council in second class cities; and                                                            
providing for an effective date" with the following amendment:                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
            CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 143(CRA) am H "An                                                                            
            Act relating to ethics and budget training for school                                                               
            board members; relating to the terms of office of                                                                   
            municipal school board members; relating to the size                                                                
            of the city council in second class cities; and                                                                     
            providing for an effective date."
