SENATE BILL NO. 143 "An Act relating to the terms of office of                                                                  
municipal school board members; and providing for an effective date"

Senator Merrick, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Committee                                                                        
Substitute offered on page 1973. Without objection, CS FOR                                                                      
SENATE BILL NO. 143(CRA) "An Act relating to the terms of office                                                                
of municipal school board members; relating to the size of the city                                                             
council in second class cities; and providing for an effective date" was                                                        
adopted.

advance to third reading on the April 1 calendar.
