The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                                                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 143 "An Act relating to the terms of office of                                                                  
municipal school board members; and providing for an effective date"                                                            
and recommended it be replaced with                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 143(CRA) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to the terms of office of municipal school                                                                   
          board members; relating to the size of the city council                                                               
          in second class cities; and providing for an effective
