SENATE BILL NO. 140 "An Act relating to a matching grant                                                                        
program for fire station construction and renovation; and providing for

Senator Hoffman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on                                                                     
page 1712. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 140(FIN)                                                                   
was adopted.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 140(FIN) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the March 4 calendar.
