EVALUATING ALASKA'S SEAFOOD INDUSTRY, entitled:                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
          "An Act relating to the sharing of tax revenue from                                                                   
          the fisheries business tax and fishery resource landing                                                               
          tax with municipalities; relating to municipal reports                                                                
          on the shared tax revenue; and providing for an
