SENATE BILL NO. 111 BY SENATOR DUNBAR, entitled:                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
          "An Act relating to the diagnosis, maintenance, and                                                                   
          repair of products that use digital electronics to                                                                    
          operate; adding an unlawful act to the Alaska Unfair                                                                  
          Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act; and
