Olson, Cronk, Kiehl, Merrick, Kaufman, entitled:                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
          "An Act relating to the Alaska permanent fund;                                                                        
          relating to income of the Alaska permanent fund;                                                                      
          relating to the amount available for appropriation and                                                                
          appropriations from the earnings reserve account;                                                                     
          relating to the permanent fund dividend; and
