          "An Act establishing a violation for hindering the                                                                    
          Alaska Sunset Commission; establishing the Alaska                                                                     
          Sunset Commission to review, audit, and make                                                                          
          recommendations on discontinuation of or changes to                                                                   
          state entities; and relating to the powers and duties of
